Growing up around her father’s medical practice shaped Dr Séjal’s commitment to meaningful doctor–patient relationships and compassionate, relationship-driven care.

She has a strong interest in mental health and also works with Journey Recovery & Wellness Centre, supporting patients as part of a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach. Her clinical interests also include women’s health and children’s health.

Dr Séjal consults at Dr Sanjay Nandlal and Associates. She offers in-practice consultations, virtual consultations, home visits (house calls), and a range of in-room medical procedures, ensuring accessible and flexible care.

Our Approach

We take a holistic and evidence-based approach to care.

This means looking at the whole person, physical health, mental health, social context, and life circumstances, while grounding all care in current medical evidence and clinical best practice.

Consultations are collaborative, practical, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Our Values

We are a disability-friendly and LGBTQIA+ inclusive practice. We aim to ensure that all patients feel safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity.

We believe healthcare should be accessible and affordable. We are contracted to most medical aids and medical insurance providers, and we accept cash and card payments.
